The First Day
A very satisfying day...lots of people, lots of looking and chatting with customers. There was a fair amount of buying as well! The store looks wonderful (not just my own biased opinion) and everyone had a great time browsing the books and gifts and artwork. Carol and Bill Ewert are the first to have a show in the gallery and their paintings, sculptures and cards were a hit.

OPENING DAY
This is it!! Tomorrow is opening day and the store is just about ready. I'll be in a bit early to put the last of the shelf labels on and sweep the floor.

Delivered on time and as expected! One hundred and one boxes of books, all to be opened, checked in, inventoried and shelved... lots of work to do!
